What "Special Beads" are available?
Special beads are used in our 'Teacher lanyards' and our 'Special personalised keyrings'. When ordering one of these it will ask you for your choice of special bead. Below are the current special beads of which 'Mon's Handmade Designs' have in stock:
Pink or White Butterfly
Purple or White Rose
Blue or Green Dinosaur
Avocado Bead
Llama
Rainbow
Strawberry or Pineapple
Pink, Purple or Grey Raccoon
Cactus
These items can be subject to change and we will update this accordingly. If you are after a specific item, please email us and we will do the best we can !!
Are other Materials available ?
Some other materials may be available and we are more than happy to contact our Australian based suppliers and see if we are able to get a specific material for your bow. Although these requests need to be emailed to us. Check out our 'Contact us' page now!!
What do i do if i haven't received my order?
Has it been 7-9 days since your shipping email was sent? Please send us an email at monshandmadedesigns@gmail.com and we will look into it for you.
Can i add items to an order ?
If your order has not yet been "Fulfilled" then you can still add items.
All you have to do is shop normally, when you get to the 'delivery' stage, select the 'pick up location' and in the additional notes section please include your name and your order number (If you have one) we will then add your additional items to your order.
If your order has already been fulfilled then unfortunately we are unable to add items and this order is already packed up and on its way to Auspost.
